The Highlands In Three Parts :part two
We again started our journey rather early, but I was excited to get on our way. Our first stop and saw one of the highest points in Great Britain. It reminded me of the passage where Jesus says if you have faith of a mustard seed you can move mountains. I understood the power and the magnitude Jesus was talking about if we would only have a little bit of faith.
Our next stop was at a Memorial for soliders that have fallen during battle. It had a great view behind it and it was very peaceful, in my opinion a great place to put the memorial. There were sheep grazing in the pasture and a lovely mountians surrounding it! Wonderful!

We then traveled on to Lock Ness...yes the famous one with a monster. We took an hour boat tour of Lock ness and thankfully made it back whithout being eaten. I must say I did in deed see "nessy" and got a picture of her. It will be posted down below. We had some time in Lock Ness so we ate lunch there and from our window we saw a boat with a beautiful bride on it. I guess that is one way to get to your wedding. She was getting married in the church next to the resturant.

Our next stop was at Urquhart Castle. It was by far one of the neatest castles we have seen. While it is mostly just the ruins, it was so cool to climb to the top and see as far as I could. In front of the castle there was two steep hills where the moat used to be. I and a few others decided that t would be a great idea to run down them. I for the most part....fell/slid down but it was still a lot of fun. I think several people took video/pictures of that event. It is located right on Lock Ness so it was really cool to see it when the wind wasn't blowing in my face(boat=cold/windy).

We only traveled a few more miles to our destination for the night. We stayed in Drumindanit, Scotland (still on Lock Ness). We went through an exhibit of lockness that told stories and explained both sides about Nessy being real or fake...it was interesting but I think I would have rathered spent the time wondering around. Day three is coming and you should be excited!!!
